I read every message and usually reply within 1–3 business days. If you’re asking about a class date, a deadline, or anything time-sensitive, put “Time Sensitive” in your subject line so I can prioritize it.
Absolutely. For dates, openings, supply lists, and location details, check the Schedule page first, then send a note with the event name and the best way to reach you if you still have questions.
Sometimes, depending on timing and complexity. Send a brief description (size, style, occasion, deadline) and any inspiration photos or color notes. I’ll let you know what’s possible and whether I can fit it into my current queue.
